The Moanaroa Pacific Research Network welcomes new members who are passionate about Pacific research and committed to creating meaningful knowledge that supports Pacific communities.

You can join as either a General Member or an Affiliate Member:

General Membership - Pacific AUT staff/students

General Members are Tangata Moana (Pacific) researchers at AUT who want to connect, collaborate and contribute to the growth of Pacific research.

Affiliated Membership - non-Pacific AUT staff/students and researchers external to AUT (Pacific & non-Pacific)

Affiliate Members are colleagues and collaborators who share a commitment to Pacific research and who want to support the network’s vision.

As a member, you will:

• Be part of a community of researchers that values diverse perspectives in supporting Pacific research.
• Contribute to strengthening Pacific research approaches, methodologies and practices.
• Uphold ethical research principles that centre Pacific communities.
• Have opportunities to share your expertise and contribute to initiatives that advance Pacific research.
• Stay connected through workshops, guest lectures and events, including the annual AUT Pacific Research Symposium.
